Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to PerfLint for Unity ("the Service"), operated by PerfLint for Unity, with payments processed by Creem.

1. Try before you pay

PerfLint for Unity has a permanently free tier — scanning, full diagnostics, and shareable reports are free with no account and no card required. We encourage you to evaluate the Service on the free tier before subscribing to Pro.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the customer portal provided by Creem (or by emailing us). Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; no partial-period charges apply after that.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or of a renewal charge. We will refund that charge in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong (a charge you didn't intend, a billing error, or the Service didn't work for you) email us — we handle these case by case and aim to be fair.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@perflint.dev from the address associated with your purchase, with your order or license reference. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Creem, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
